Account Manager
Our client in Newbury is looking for an account manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client specialises in the automation industry. Our client offers reliable and quality products to industry professionals with their focus being customer service.
Salary: Up to £30k per annum DOE

Duties:
* Manage inbound sales calls in an enthusiastic and professional manner
* Generate leads for the external sales team
* Provide customer support in a timely and professional manner
* Manage and process customer orders
* Accurately update and maintain all customer records on the CRM system
* Resolve customer queries with the assistance of internal departments
* Administrative support
* Formulate reports and documents in support of the sales team's activities
Skills:
* At least 2 years of experience working within a similar office environment
* Confident telephone manner
* Great organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong communication skills written and verbal
* Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
It would be beneficial to have:
* Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar
* Familiar with CRM systems
* Proven ability to achieve targets
* Problem solving and multitasking skills
