We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our friendly Community of Nurseries. Where teams feel heard and valued.

What you’ll be doing

Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
Qualifications required to carry out the role:

Full and Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
Leadership qualities with the ability to lead a team effectively

Hours and Salary

Our settings are open 7.30am until 6.30pm. 52 weeks per year

Full Time hours

Salary: up to £13.00 per hour
