Whereyou’llbe working:
You’ll be based at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, TW11 8EZ.Facilities hereinclude indoor main and learner pools, hydrotherapy pool, fitness suite, spin studio and studio space.
The Centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
Whatyou’llbe doing:
You’llbe part of our management team overseeing theday to dayoperation of the Centre, so that it runs smoothly.
Making sure thatall ofthe facilities are clean,safeand staffed, so that every customer hasa great experiencewhen they visit or contact us, will be a priority for you.
Withparticular responsibilityfor managingsales,you’llbeproviding professional and friendlyassistancewith membership tours / enquiries and welcoming visitors in person to the centre.
You’llalso be involved in theday to dayplant operation, including topping up etc. with chemicals, backwashing and other associated duties, including water tests.
The working pattern for this post involves a36 hourshift rota, which may include a mix of early mornings,daytimeand evening shifts, both during the week and at weekends.

Whatwe’llneed from you:
We’relooking for someone withpreviousexperience of working in a health and fitness environment or relevant sales experience. You’llhave agood understanding of sales and the sales processandalsopool plant experience.
Youwillalso hold the followingqualifications:
- Asports/fitness/recreation/managementor salesqualification(essential).
- ANationalPoolLifeguardqualification(essential).
- ANationalPoolPlantOperatorsqualification(essential).
- First Aid qualification(desirable)
