Summary
This wonderful family is seeking a live-in Nanny Housekeeper to care for their baby and support one younger school-aged child, with no care responsibilities for the two older children. The role involves maintaining a clean and organised home while managing all general nanny and housekeeping duties. Fluency in English, ideally at a native level, is a bonus. A driver is essential for this position. Responsibilities include meal preparation and cooking for the children, as well as assisting the mother with shared care of the baby and younger child. The nanny will have a private bedroom and bathroom and will work approximately 55-60 hours per week, ensuring high-quality childcare and household upkeep. Housekeeping tasks must be carried out to a high standard. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: 5 days a week (Flexibility for weekend work) 6:30 am to 7:30 pm (flexible 2-hour break in the day) Potential weekend help (can swap a weekday)
Accommodation: Own bedroom and private bathroom
Duties include:
Assisting with the children's bath time routine
Dressing the children and ensuring they are comfortable
Cleaning them up after each meal
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities
Supporting the older child with homework
Ensuring the children are always safe, happy, and well cared for
Changing nappies and maintaining proper hygiene
Cleaning and sterilising bottles
Preparing milk for the little one
Helping with the bedtime routine to ensure a smooth transition to sleep
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times
Mopping floors and maintaining household cleanliness
Managing laundry and ironing tasks
Organising the children’s clothes and belongings
Washing dishes and keeping kitchenware tidy
Cooking simple and nutritious meals for the family
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming home environment for the family
