We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to join a provider that is growing, there will be an opportunity to develop your career and work in a supportive environment with an established manager!
Skills and Experience for the role of Deputy Manager:
• RGN / RMN with valid NMC PIN
• Experience in a Deputy Manager position within a Nursing Home environment.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
• Exceptional people management, communication skills and a passion for care
The role of Deputy Manager:
• You will be involved in continuous assessments to plan and evaluate the needs of the residents, at the same time as coaching your team members and role modelling best practice.
• Your day will be varied, including; recruitment, ensuring safe staffing levels, making sure your Home meets legislative and regulatory requirements and undertaking ongoing care assessments.
• You will work Monday to Friday 100% Supernumerary
