Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Workday implementation projects, including Workday HCM, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other relevant modules.
Lead Workday Business Process Configuration efforts, ensuring that business processes are accurately mapped, configured, and aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) integrations and ensure that all data interfaces are aligned with project timelines and system requirements.
Ensure Workday Compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including security, regulatory standards, and data privacy policies.
Establish and maintain Workday Data Governance practices, ensuring that data integrity, consistency, and quality are maintained across all systems.
Implement and monitor Workday SLA (Service Level Agreements) for ongoing project milestones, integrations, and key deliverables.
Ensure smooth configuration and deployment of Workday Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other financial modules according to business needs and regulatory requirements.
Lead the development and implementation of Workday Project Governance and Compliance, ensuring that the project adheres to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scope, and lead all phases of the project lifecycle.
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while managing client expectations and mitigating risks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and scope to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing project updates, managing risks, and ensuring timely decision-making.
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure successful project validation and system acceptance.
Drive Workday training efforts to ensure users are equipped to effectively use the system post-implementation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, change management documentation, and risk mitigation plans.
Track and report on key project metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements to project processes and efficiency.
Required skills and experience:
Proven experience in project management of large-scale Workday HCM implementations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Workday Financials modules.
Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Configuration, with hands-on experience in designing and configuring business processes in Workday.
Expertise in managing Workday EIB integrations and aligning data interfaces with business requirements.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Compliance standards, including data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Strong experience in implementing Workday Data Governance practices, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
Experience in managing Workday SLA (Service Level Agreements) to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Extensive experience in Workday Project Governance and Compliance, ensuring projects align with internal policies, industry standards, and best practices.
