We are looking for an inspirational and creative manager to work with us at Birdhurst.
You will focus on maintaining a strong and passionate team of Early Years Educators, consistently looking for ways to develop and maintain a high quality of care for each and every child.
We want someone who can jump on board with our vision for the future! We aim to further grow our Forest School provision and develop services for our parents such as evening classes on parenting, budgeting, EFL etc
If you have a wealth of experience and enthusiasm for working with under 5s, know how to lead and motivate a team, are excited about making changes and can manage the demands of a busy Early Years setting.......get in touch with us today!

Build caring relationships with our children, families and staff
Lead our team to be their best through your guidance, passion and drive
Communicate clearly with your team and the families
Ensure our setting provides high-quality, educational childcare
Evaluate and make improvements to the setting on a continuous basis
Be a supportive role model and leader
Expectations:
Excellent knowledge of ‘Birth to 5 Matters’, child development stages and the EYFS
Full and relevant L3 or above Early Years qualification
Sound knowledge of safeguarding best practice, health &safety and confidentiality systems
Excellent knowledge of the preparations and responsibilities for Ofsted
