Role Overview:
As a key team within the Banner Business, the Implementation Team is responsible for the management of the transition process of awarded business, both new and retained, ensuring a realistic go live date is set and then achieved.
The Implementation Project Manager will work towards set team and individual goals and work to set processes to ensure a consistent standard of service across the team is achieved for each project. The Project Manager is the face of Banner and the main point of contact for the customer during the project from award, to Go Live and then until the project is signed off and passed over to sales. The Project Manager will work closely with Sales, Database, eCommerce, Marketing, EDI, Transport and all other departments which are required for the customer journey through implementation to ensure all the customer requirements are met and in place. The Project Manager is responsible for the initial meeting with the customer to start the project and this can be face to face or via Teams dependant on the project and customer requirements. The Project Manager will then communicate to the wider business to ensure the required timelines can be achieved. The Project Manager will manage regular communications with all parties involved in the project and they will build project plans which will be used to manage the project ensuring all required actions are completed. The Project Manager will also have to undertake any other tasks as directed by management such as supporting sales with ad hoc projects.
The Project Manager will also have to manage their own workload and ensure all house keeping requirements are completed within the required timelines along with managing their assigned projects.

- Ability to travel and show flexibility with working hours as workload requires
- High degree of computer literacy
- High level of attention to detail
- Articulate, numerate and literate
- Clean full driving licence
The following experience is desirable but not essential:
- Industry experience
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Implementation Processes
- JBA knowledge
