This is a part-time role, working 22.2 hours per week.

Currently, our CIPD courses take place during the evening, so some flexibility in regards to working hours will be required.

The ideal candidate will be student focussed and committed to ensuring that learners have an outstanding experience.

Applicants must work well in a team, be flexible, highly motivated and committed to ensuring learners achieve their full potential.

Day to day duties of the role

The role involves delivery programme management across the Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD programmes

To provide high quality teaching, learning, assessment and internal moderation across the Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD programmes.

To course lead the CIPD programmes ensuring high levels of achievement and success.

Required skills and qualifications

Professional membership (CIPD).

Relevant industry experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards this whilst in post.
