Crynodeb
Busy family run free house and restaurant, situated in the quiet village of East Aberthaw. We are on the look out for new waiting / bar staff members.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is necessary.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our close knit team, we currently have shifts available on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime.
Typical Evening shift would start from 5pm until close (usually around 10)
Sundays Lunch shift 11.30am - 5pm
There will be more hours available from April when our spring season tour coaches begin.
As a member of staff in this role you will be: Greeting, serving and looking after our guests so they go home happy, Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety Working with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love.
We pride ourselves on having a friendly working environment and as such our staff turn over is very low. Our current team are all very friendly and helpful towards new members and will be happy to assist any new member of staff to settle in.
Staff keep 100% of the tips which are shared evenly after each shift.
Applicant Must have personal Transport because of the rural location and unreliable public transport.
Please also consider the length of commute before applying.
Applicant must be 18+ for the purpose of selling alcohol.
Pay rate of £11.44 per-hour, increasing to £12.21 from April 1st (for ages 21 +)
