Job Opportunity:
Would you like to be a part of a dedicated team of Health & Social Care Professionals? Are you ready to make a positive impact on the lives of people in your local community? We are looking for Kind, Caring and Compassionate people to provide outstanding care in Rochdale & across the North West.
Care is exciting fields of work, with varied tasks and activities to complete each day with no two days the same but will always be rewarding!
Prior Experience of Care isn’t necessary – we’ll give you all the support you need to succeed. Experienced carers are always welcome.
Role responsibilities:
Delivering care at Homes in the Community, Supported Living services or Care at Home.
Assisting with personal care, and medication administration.
Supporting nutritional needs and food preparation.
General Housekeeping and providing companionship.
Promote Independence.
Safety and well-being checks.
Maintain strong team communication.
Criteria essential for our roles:
Dedicated, Reliable and a good Team Player.
Excellent Time Management.
An Excellent Communicator with a strong desire to help others.
Able to get to locations within a defined area (own car or public transport).
You will benefit from:
Excellent Induction and training to include e-learning and face to face.
Option of completing a fully funded Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification after successful probation.

Free Uniform (role dependant) and PPE.
Flexible working of both hours and areas.
