Responsibilities:
The Head of Operations/Responsible Individual Will Formulate objectives that align with the care home’s goals
Recruit, train, and schedule staff
Analyse financial data to improve profitability

The Head of Operations/Responsible Individual Will Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes
Design policies for the care home
Manage procurement processes

Requirements:
• The Head of Operations/Responsible Individual Must have previous experience
• Semi-independent/Supported Accommodation
• Salary very attractive (Negotiable based on level of experience)
