✔ Oversee daily operations, ensuring top standards and compliance.

✅ Essential: Experience working with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
✅ QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
✅ 2+ years in a management role within residential children’s care.
✅ Experience supervising staff & working within Ofsted regulations.
✅ A genuine passion for leadership and improving children’s lives.
