Approach Personnel are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Roofing Contracts Supervisor. This full-time position involves overseeing roofing contracts across various sites throughout the West Midlands, managing both the operational side of projects and ensuring top-tier safety and quality standards. What You'll Be Doing:
• Site Leadership: Manage and oversee teams across multiple sites, ensuring smooth project progress while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Measuring & Reporting: Take accurate measurements of roofing areas and provide comprehensive reports to the Operations Manager.
• Client & Subcontractor Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact, ensuring excellent communication between clients and subcontractors for a seamless workflow.
• Health & Safety & Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards on every project, ensuring full adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Office Liaison: Work with the office team to coordinate resources and ensure smooth project management.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with extensive roofing experience. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the roofing industry across multiple disciplines.
• Qualifications: Blue Skilled Worker CSCS card in roofing (essential).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of NHBC and British Standards.
• Bonus Skills: SSSTS certification (preferred, but not essential). Full training will be provided, including Asbestos Awareness.
• Driving License: A full UK driving license is required for site visits and transport.

Working Hours:
• Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
