Personal Assistant to Team – Supporting Nationwide Franchisees
Are you dynamic, personable, and super-efficient? We’re looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to join our head office team in Taffs Well (RCT). This is a fantastic opportunity to support our nationwide franchisees and help drive their businesses forward.
About the Role
As our Team PA, you'll provide tailored support to franchisees, assisting them in running their businesses smoothly. Working closely with our head office team, you’ll ensure we deliver exceptional care and support across the network.
Key Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for franchisees needing additional support.
• Assist with communications, project coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment efforts, from advertising roles to scheduling interviews.
• Help coordinate partnerships with schools and organisations.
• Manage and optimise social media campaigns, including Facebook ads, to boost franchisee visibility.
• Assist with newsletters, event planning, scheduling, and operations.
• Provide general admin support to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping franchisees succeed.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in a PA, VA, or administrative support role.
• Ideally, experience in marketing and social media (Facebook ads preferred)—but full training will be provided.
• Ideally, recruitment experience—but full training will also be provided.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach.
