Summary
Are you passionate about IT and ready to lead a dynamic team? LiveWest is looking for a Team Leader – End User Services to join our IT Operations Directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless design, implementation, and maintenance of end user services devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deployment and management of user devices using both Intune and SOTI MDM platforms, ensuring security, coordination of hardware distribution and supporting desktop and mobile software.
- Play an active part in delivering company projects.
- Work as 3rd line support to the IT Service Desk to maintain a consistent system access experience for colleagues within LiveWest.

This role is being offered on a full time basis working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role working 3-4 days per week in the Exeter office, dependent on business need.
About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of End User Services Team Leader, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 2 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:
- Effective Communication Skills with both technical and business colleagues.
- Proven Team Management experience.
- Experience of Service Management ideally ITIL qualified or from a Service Desk background.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and other MDM platform.
- Ability to Design and Specify end user support systems.
- Full and valid driving licence, prepared to travel to alternative sites on a regular basis
- Good knowledge of client desktop and mobile device software and operating systems
- Proven experience of test processes and change control.
- Desirable: Hold certification for Microsoft Windows Endpoint Administrator (or be working towards).
