You will be required to respond to all queries and requests for assistance from patients and visitors efficiently and courteously. To ensure that telephones are answered promptly and politely at all times. To assist patients in using the practice online consultation system. To receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the most appropriate service or healthcare professional. This may be via the online consultation system, face to face or via telephone. To prioritise calls/patient requests according to urgency. To deal with any prescription requests promptly, ensuring at all times that patient details are correct.
