About the Role
As a Shop Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Shop Manager to:
Ensure the shop is an inviting space, brimming with well-presented, regularly refreshed stock.
Drive sales and help the team achieve its targets.
Build a strong volunteer team, inspiring them with your energy and passion.
Step into the Manager’s shoes on their day off, keeping the shop running smoothly.
This is a 14 hours per week role.
