Crynodeb
A rewarding role where you play a key part in supporting carers and their cared-for in their own homes. Your work will enable carers to have a break from their caring role, whilst ensuring their loved ones are well looked after in their absence.
You will provide emotional, practical and holistic support to the cared-for by completing activities they enjoy such as; playing board games, crafting, reminiscing, reading, and much more. The support you provide will be person-centred, no sit is the same but the support you provide will be invaluable to both the cared-for and the carer.
You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with appropriate business user insurance and be willing to use your own car for work purposes. The post holder will be required to undergo an Enhanced Criminal Record check before starting work and as we deliver a registered service, will need to register with Social Care Wales – both of which will be paid for by us.
