### **About You:**
✅ **BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering**
✅ **Chartered (MICE / MIStructE) or near Chartered**
✅ Proven **bridge design experience** (not just assessments)
✅ Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
