Summary
We're currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our Team at Peterlee.

We offer 8am - 5pm working Monday to Friday, starting salary at £26,208 and based on performance, this can increase to £28,208, and to 25 days per annum paid leave.

As a Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A clear and professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
