Summary
Location: Leeds Centre Position Type: Temporary, 2-3 days a week (Flexible hours)

Role Overview: We are seeking a diligent and experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper for a standalone position. This temporary role has arisen to cover sickness. The successful candidate will report directly to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering invoices into QuickBooks from the accounts inbox
- Reviewing debt reports
- Creating and sending weekly and monthly reports to the director
- Managing transactions with UK suppliers, as well as suppliers from Turkey and Italy
- Maintaining and inputting data, especially during the busy periods of new site setups
Desired Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
