Do you enjoy tackling different tasks every day? Take pride in fixing things? Are you a DIY enthusiast? Do you enjoy gardening? If so, we have an exciting Maintenance role just for you!
Role Overview:
- Be part of our friendly maintenance team, making every day special for our elderly residents and providing them with a safe, comfortable environment.
- Work alongside our Head of Maintenance to carry out compliance tasks such as water testing, fire safety checks, wheelchair checks, general maintenance, and upkeep of the building and gardens.
- Provide support with many of the homes Outings, Events and Activities which involves driving a company vehicle and helping to set up for events.
- Have a basic level of technology understanding to work a phone and use apps.
- Having an attention for detail, to ensure every job completed, is how you would like it to be done in your own home.
Who were looking for:
The ideal candidate will
- take pride in their work and have a background or experience in plumbing, electricals, carpentry and basic DIY.
- Understand health and safety and practice this well in their work
- Have some understanding of the importance to be compliant with CQC expectations.

Working Hours:
- This job requires working every other weekend
- Be part of an on-call rota
- Hours can be flexible times in line with events
