We are seeking individuals who are dedicated Health Care Assistants committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. If you us at TLC Care Services LLP, you will work with colleagues to provide high-quality home care services for people who require assistance with daily living activities. Our focus is on enabling our clients to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description:
As Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalised care to our clients. You will support individuals with a range of needs, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medications as prescribed by medical professionals
- Preparing nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements
- Engaging clients in stimulating activities and social interactions
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
- Maintaining a clean and organised living environment
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Documenting client care activities and observations accurately

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driver's license (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to live-in with clients on a rotational basis (e.g., 2 weeks on, 1 week off)
-We will seek satisfactory references and carry out DBS checks to ensure that you can work with the clients we support
