Crynodeb
Key responsibilities include appointing staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring and reviewing staff performance. Provide customers with information about merchandise and special promotions. Ensure that adequate reserves of merchandise are maintained and that stock-keeping is carried out efficiently. Handle customer complaints and queries regarding sales and service; ensure they are addressed appropriately and promptly. Oversee the maintenance of financial and sale records. Authorise payment for supplies received and decide on pricing, discount rates, and credit terms for the products. Examine the quality of merchandise to ensure it meets company standards, manage advertising to maximize product visibility and sales. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the tech market is required. Candidate entitled to 28 days holiday pay, statutory sick pay and maternity/paternity pay. Salary will be 20/Hr and will work 37.5 hr a week.
