Customer Interaction:
Meet and greet clients to discuss their expectations and preferences.
Handle issues and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Keep clients informed about any incidents during the cleaning process.
Communicate changes in bookings promptly to your manager.
Thorough Cleaning:
Sanitise bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
Clean and disinfect kitchen fixtures and appliances.
Dust, vacuum, and mop living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and stairs.
Perform interior window cleaning as needed.
Tackle large appliances (like ovens and fridges) when required.
Safety and Efficiency:
Work efficiently and respectfully, even when part of a team cleaning larger houses.
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
Follow instructions meticulously.
Adapt to changing schedules without missing a beat.
Requirements:
Proven cleaning experience (we’ll verify this with your current or previous employers).
Punctuality and reliability—you’re the dependable backbone of our team.
Sound knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong multitasking skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Stamina for standing during long shifts.
