At Nevis Range, were looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is not your typical office-based IT job! Working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, youll be supporting the technology that keeps our business running.
A unique “hands-on” role assisting the IT Manager in supporting our diverse IT infrastructure which will include:
- Enterprise grade firewall running security services.
- Networking switches, routers, Wi-Fi Access Points.
- Infrastructure Cabling – CAT5/6 and fibre.
- Comms - Leased lines including SHDS and Wireless PTP links.
- ANPR Car Park System.
- Hotel Infrastructure - Door Locks, TV System, Conference Room Audio Visual.
- IPTV Media Streaming System.
- CCTV.
- SKIDATA - An industry specific ticketing and turnstile system.
- EPOS Till Systems & PDQ’s.
- VOIP Telephony.
- Various SaaS solutions.
- Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive and PowerApps
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Mac OS, IOS & Android based devices, plus peripheral devices including MFP’s.
- Events and Company Projects.
