Location: Loughborough, UK
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Position: Full-Time
Are you an experienced and dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals needing respite care? I am seeking a passionate OFSTED Registered Manager to open and oversee a new residential respite service in the Loughborough area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential respite service.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager.
- Experience providing personalised care for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Level 5 in leadership and management, or you will be working towards/willing to secure this qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
