Daily rate: £180 - £220
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Organisation
Our, Edinburgh based, Government client is on the lookout for a talented Web Developer to assist in an internal CMS migration programme. As part of an established web team, you will be deployed on a project to migrate websites from Drupal CMS to the clients internal CMS. This is an initial 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension.
Skillset
Excellent working knowledge of CMS platforms.
Previous involvement in large scale website migration programmes.
Ability to assess website usability and compliance with accessibility legislation.
This role will not involve extensive coding, however, proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS will be beneficial.
Familiarity with web content accessibility guidelines.
Senior stakeholder management capabilities; ability to communicate migration plans across the organisation.
Proven planning, problem solving skills, organisational and attention to detail.
