For full details of this interesting post, please see attached job description, but duties include: The doctor will be expected to show qualities of leadership but also to know their limitations and call for help and advice appropriately Trainees will also begin to work independently ST3 level doctor will be expected to gain the necessary competencies by rotating through the region in order to gain the relevant experience Liaise between Midwives, nurses, other junior doctors, patients, relatives and senior medical staff Attend to the day to day management of day case, out-patient and in-patients Rota Doctors will work a rolling 16 week rota comprises of 1 in 4 weekend plus 1 week of nights (ward/clinic/theatre sessions) Banding: 1A 50%
