Looking for a hands-on finance role where your expertise makes a real impact? Step into this Interim Assistant Management Accountant position and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR ROLE:
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, accruals, and prepayments.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register and stock adjustments.
• Support VAT return submissions and royalty/licence reporting.
• Produce key financial reports, including KPIs and commission reports.
• Assist with invoice finance reconciliation and Letters of Credit transactions.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part-qualified
✅ Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting)
✅ Experience with multi-currency Accounts Payable and stock accounting
✅ Knowledge of GL, accruals, prepayments, and month-end processes
✅ A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
