Summary

Go Geothermal is a UK leader in supplying renewable energy solutions including installer training targeting a varied customer base. The internal sales team are responsible for increasing sales volumes of all products through the distribution, wholesale and merchant and direct channels while maintaining and increasing product specifications within the social housing, new build and one off sectors working alongside their external KAM. The role of the internal sales representative will be responsible for increasing Go Geothermal presence across their customer base within a geographical area responsible for promoting existing and new product solutions within the heating and hot water industry supporting their external KAM within a specific sales territory.

Core objective:
To drive the company strategy and values whilst maintaining and growing the specification and subsequent supply of Go Geothermal product range into the Commercial, Industrial, New Build and One Off Markets within the relevant KAM sales territory. · Focus to increasing market share on CTC range of products including promoting CTC specific training day to new installer networks working alongside their respected external KAM · Proven inside sales experience · Track record of over-achieving quota · Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day · Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools · Experience working with ZOHO CRM or similar CRM system would be desirable · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Strong listening and presentation skills · Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively · Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails · Understanding customer needs and requirements · Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate KAM for further development and closure

Internal Sales Representative - additional responsibilities:
· Regular use of Go Geothermal ZOHO system. Maintaining portal with customer information / quotes · Attend regular conference calls with Commercial Director and Sales office manager where needed · Achieve relevant KPI tasks set across sales and training platforms · Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas · Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest · Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory · Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Key responsibilities:

Achieving the required Area Sales Growth Target as set by the business working alongside KAM, Technical and

fellow internal colleagues


§ Supporting KAM to creating and implementing a robust annual area sales plan for the Social Housing, New Build,

Commercial and One-Off Markets.


§ Demonstrating detailed technical knowledge of all CTC Pro products confidently and selling the value of the Go

Geothermal products through technical expertise once fully trained up on the range.


§ Time management - Organise telesales appointments in advance to maximise productivity and to make full use of

your time.


§ Record all meeting Objectives/ Outcomes and keep all Customer details up to date via ZOHO making full use of the

system by maximizing it’s tools (reporting, diary management).


§ Attend company events, some evening and weekend work maybe required.


§ Working closely with key commercial OEM partners to achieve mutual goals.


§ Focus on growing CTC Pro brand of heat pumps across all sectors including creation of relevant PR case studies

working with the KAM and marketing team


§ Developing relationships with key Independent Merchant contacts in relation to this customer base


§ To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Commercial / Executive Directors


· Teamwork; Working in partnership with fellow sales colleagues to minimise conflict and ensure that appropriate profit

margins are maintained.


· Act as a key team member, representing our values and behaviours in an appropriate manner.


Experience:

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar Sales / Technical role within a industrial sector Proven track record of delivering against KPIs Proven experience of dealing with a wide variety of people in a customer care environment Capable of supporting a large sales territory successfully Experience of account management or as a minimum the potential and desire to develop this skillset

Knowledge and Qualifications

Knowledge of the heating, renewables and plumbing industry or willing to learn Confident in all Office 365 applications Confident in using ZOHO system along with online expenses platform.

Hours of work will be Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break and regular coffee breaks also allowed.
