We are an award-winning construction company seeking to expand our resident liaison team in London and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for individuals with experience in the public, retail, or care sectors who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. For us, delivering good customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction are not just priorities but fundamental aspects of our work.
The role:
You will be working in a site-based team, and your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:
Being the central point of contact for residents
Carrying out resident interviews, surveys, and daily visits to residents at home
Keeping residents updated
Dealing and resolving residents' concerns and complaints
Attending ad-hoc resident-related meetings
We are looking for someone who:
Has good communication and customer service skills
Has the ability to build good relationships
Can manage busy workloads, is self-motivated, and has the ability to work accurately under pressure
Has their own car and a full UK driving licence and are prepared to travel to different sites if required (mileage reclaimable)
What we offer:
Starting salary of £30,000
£4,000 car allowance
Full-time, permanent role
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
