The Role
Supporting adults develop essential life skills, independence, and social inclusion
Implementing tailored strategies to encourage positive behaviours and wellbeing
Designing and delivering activities that promote choice and engagement
Collecting and analysing data to track progress and refine support plans
Receiving mentorship and supervision from experienced behaviour specialists
Completing specialist training in behaviour support, safeguarding, and other key areas
Training and Career Development
Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification
Specialist Behaviour Analysis qualifications (BCBA, UKBA(cert), CABAS® accreditation)
NVQ Level 3 & 5 Diplomas in Adult Social Care
Industry-recognised training in safeguarding, first aid, and crisis management
This role provides a clear pathway to careers in behaviour analysis, social care leadership, and autism support, with dedicated mentoring and structured progression routes.
