Our client, based in Redruth, is seeking a Baker to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for food production, particularly in baking, and a desire to create high-quality bread in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Pattern:
5am Start
Hourly Pay Rate:
£11.44
Job Description: Bake and follow recipes accurately, ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards are met. Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough. Decorate and display finished products beautifully. Work as a hands-on member of the bakery production team. Assist in the running of the bakery when required. Help ensure a safe working environment by adhering to the company's health and safety policies and procedures. Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and applicable protective clothing. Requirements: Knowledge of ingredients and the ability to use them creatively. A genuine passion for bread and a love of working with dough. A team player with excellent time management skills. Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
