As a Customer Support Partner, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our staff with their general and payroll queries. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations internally and high satisfaction among our valued customers.

Every day you will...
Handle all telephone and online queries from NHS workers promptly and supportively. From payroll to timesheet enquiries, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships.
Utilise customer support systems efficiently to resolve incoming queries effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities.
Collaborate with the broader teams to enhance and evolve the our function, aligning with client, business, and regulatory needs for continuous improvement.
