About the role

Working as part of a generalist team, you will be supporting customers to find solutions for their housing issues and will do this by providing housing and financial advice and support, liaising with landlords and developing personalised housing plans for customers with a firm focus on the prevention of homelessness.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Homelessness Prevention Officers with at least 2 years' experience of working in Homelessness Prevention / Relief within a local authority.

You will have the experience and skillset to make enquiries and homelessness decisions, in accordance with the Homeless Reduction Act,2017.
