Crynodeb
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified GP (within the last two years, without a substantive post). This is subject to NHS Guidance and Funding. As an ARRS GP you will contribute fully to the clinical workload of the Surgery providing consultations, undertaking patient-related administration and providing clinical advice and support to medical and nursing colleagues/staff. In addition to this, the Surgery will support you in the opportunity to take on a speciality role of your interest. A ARRS GP will work within a contractual framework. You will have an allocated area of clinical responsibility/expertise in which you are expected to develop a lead for the Practice and ensure high standards of service quality and delivery in respect of our NHS contract, directed and enhanced services and the quality outcomes framework. You will participate in activity that supports the Surgery involvement as an active member of ICB and our Primary Care Network. We are seeking doctors who will be committed to contribute to our work to maintain quality standards in primary care, help us develop services targeted at health promotion and disease prevention and maintaining or increasing patient satisfaction scores at or above national average levels. You will be expected to do clinics with face to face consultations, telephone consultations and home visits and participate in team development activities.
