Job Description: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional service and support to customers, driving sales, and promoting our products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills while contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is a very hands on and demanding role, and duties will include sorting deliveries, ensuring the correct labels and pricing is on the garments, and taking to the department to merchandise. This role will involve lone working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised sales floor.
- Help restock and arrange merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Previous experience in retail is necessary.
