Summary
We are seeking a qualified level 2 Beauty Therapist/ Nail Technician to join our team who would like to further progress their skills and experience whilst studying towards their Apprentice level 3 Beauty Therapist.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate who will be working along side an experienced team and will also play a valuable role in the development of the salon by taking pride on delivering excellent treatments.
Requirements
* Friendly, enthusiastic, self motivated, reliable, good communication and customer care are all skills essential when working in the salon
* Possess Level 2 Beauty Therapy - be competent in waxing, eyebrow shaping and tinting services
* Posses Level 2 Nail Technician - be competent in the application of soak off gels and builder gels
* Be prepared to work hard and apply yourself to the Level 3 qualification and studies
* A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies within the salon
* Work as part of a team and individually. Operating all aspects of the beauty environment, housekeeping, reception, stock control
* Must be flexible to cover sickness and holidays. Be able to work regular late evenings and Saturday
Working week: Hours are 30 including college + overtime as and when required.
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley
College or your place of work. Student to complete a Beauty therapist level 3 advanced apprenticeship.
