Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a long-term opportunity? We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established distribution company based in Nursling, Southampton. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role, offering stability and the chance to become a permanent team member, based on performance and workload.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating VNA forklift truck ( you will receive training) working in goods- in the area
- Packing orders accurately for dispatch
- Safely loading and unloading in line with company procedures
- Supporting the team in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence and previous experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures
- A proactive, can-do attitude and reliability

- Hours: 16:30 - 01:15 or 23:00 - 07:45
- Rest days are during the week.
