About the role of Junior Estimator
- You will be working alongside experienced estimators, learning the ropes and contributing to a variety of projects based in the Sussex area.
- Prepare tender packages and manage the bid process
- Provide full take offs and produce BoQs
- Cost-Planning
- Assessing levels of risk and opportunity on tenders
- Tender adjudications and profit planning
Requirements for Junior Estimator
- Must have CAD experience
- Qualifications: Construction management, engineering, estimating or similar is preferred.
- IT Skills: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: professional demeanour with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
