Your new company
Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Casualty Fraud Lawyer to join the firm on a remote working basis.
Your new role
This Casualty Fraud Lawyer position will see you responsible for your own caseload of casualty fraud files handled from cradle to grave. Files will typically involve exaggerated and fabricated claims, substituted injuries, stage accidents and organised fraud. Caseload will be determined by previous fraud experience. You will be required to liaise with clients, interview key witnesses and consider sanctions to include recovery of costs, injunctions, committal proceedings and police referrals.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer, but those qualified by experience are encouraged to apply. You must have previous casualty litigation experience. Fraud experience is beneficial but not a full requirement.
