A unique opportunity to join KR8 Real Estate, a new, Managing Director-led Real Estate Advisory practice based initially in London
and Manchester, part of the K3 Capital Group. This is an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team with a strategic plan to
grow its service proposition and expand into other key locations. KR8 Real Estate is looking for candidates at all levels to join
its Real Estate Advisory team in both locations, we would love to speak to Analyst's through to Directors.
Ideal candidates will:
* Be fully MRICS qualified
* Receivership experience preferable but not essential
* Organised
* Collaborative
* Enthusiastic
* provide valuations advice and assistance
* support Clients with options analysis and contingency planning
* Will provide and assist with Stakeholder Management experience
* Be able to work alongside colleagues from our Restructuring business
We would also invite candidates with a background in a related property or financial services industry.
