More detail about the role The post holder will provide, comprehensive and professional responses to the more complex & challenging relocation and mileage queries from Resident doctors in training whilst ensuring that NHSE policies/procedures, and guidance are adhered to. It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to be confident in managing IT systems and running reports from various databases. The post holder should have high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. They would have; an understanding of confidentiality and good customer care skills; with excellent communication in written, verbal & organisational experience. It would be helpful if the successful candidate has experience of engaging in challenging conversations with clinicians regarding complex expense claims. The post holder would work within normal office hours but on some occasions would have to work flexible hours to cover Resident doctors events or Clinical Examinations as required within the team.
