Are you a skilled electrician with experience in social housing? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of electrical systems across multiple properties. If you're passionate about making a real difference in people's homes, this could be the role for you!
Your Role:
- Carry out remedial work to address electrical issues in social housing properties
- Conduct CCU upgrades to improve the safety and efficiency of electrical installations
- Perform testing and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards
- Undertake rewires to upgrade or replace outdated electrical systems
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Electrician (18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in social housing or similar environments
- Knowledge of current electrical regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
