Crynodeb
DIO is the agent for Estate Management and Infrastructure works delivery for the USVF in the UK, under the terms of the 1973 UK & US Cost Sharing Arrangement and the 1951 NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SoFA) and is bound by those agreements and arrangements to deliver all infrastructure works including additional works services (AWS), as required by USVF. The DIO is mandated by the Secretary of State to provide the capability to undertake AWS projects at several locations both on the UK and USVF estate in support of the UK Armed Forces and their allies.
DIO RD USVF operate within a centralised Head Office at RAF Wyton and 2 regions East and West which span 6 major sites: RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall in the East Region, RAF Alconbury, RAF Croughton, RAF Fairford and RAF Menwith Hill in the West Region.
We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Project Officer to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking individual, able to represent DIO at all levels, working with stakeholders to provide direction, analysis, insight and challenge, whilst ensuring all capital investment is optimised and aligned to USVF priorities and strategic objectives.
