We are a growing and ambitious small company seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Engineer to join our dynamic team. With an exciting variety of work, no two days are the same, offering the right candidate the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out high-quality work across a range of property maintenance trades, including:
• Carpentry
• Painting & Decorating
• Kitchen Fitting
• Tiling
• Basic Plaster Repairs
• Basic Plumbing
• Inspect and assess works to determine scope and costs.
• Communicate effectively with customers from the outset of the project and throughout its completion.
• Take ownership of individual tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Show flexibility and adaptability when faced with new or unforeseen situations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in property maintenance and the listed trades.
• High level of skill across multiple trades.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.
• An enthusiastic approach and the desire to develop within the company.
