Job Overview
Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.
Main Duties
Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
-IT equipment management and records keeping
-Act as the central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls where required
-Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
-Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations
-Raising of work quotations, purchase orders/stock orders, updating associated trackers, and associated invoicing tasks as required
-Report daily on the contract performance using various software systems and monitor job completion to SLA
-Support the close out of work orders
-Raising contract Variation Request Forms (VRF) and additional works
-Support in the Fleet management (Servicing / Repairs) as required
-Reviewing and updating engineering call out log
-Supporting the collation of sub-con paperwork where required
-Supporting Customer reviews and updating tracker when required
-Support processing for all payroll overtime claims
-Collation of monthly customer monthly reports
-Other administrative duties as deemed reasonable

-Strong team player orientation - cooperative and willing to assist others.
-Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
-Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
-Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
-Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Full driving licence as there may be the requirement to work on other sites within the region
