As a Learning and Development Business Partner at Dalkia, you will lead the delivery of a robust learning and development agenda aligned with our organisational priorities. This hands-on role blends strategic planning with practical implementation, ensuring that employees at all levels are equipped to excel in their roles.
You will also drive the design, delivery, and evaluation of apprenticeship programmes, playing a critical part in addressing skills gaps and fostering early talent development. From creating engaging training materials to supporting transformational change, you’ll balance day-to-day training needs with long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programmes aligned with business objectives.
Manage apprenticeship schemes, including engagement with course leaders and pastoral care for apprentices.
Create tailored training materials and deliver sessions both digitally and in person.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Support career mapping and development planning for early-career professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s people-first values.

Has proven experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on apprenticeships.
Holds CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent).
Is an excellent communicator, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
Is organised, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Demonstrates empathy and a strong sense of responsibility for early-career professionals.
